As a Master Tech who has been in the industry for over 20 years, a lot of time has been spent finding drivability issues.  If there is a vehicle that is sick, has a high temp, sputtering, or other symptoms, seek a car doctor's help. 

If there is an intermittent issue, they can be a real headache that can't be helped with 2 aspirin. Many times, there is only a small window to get the problem to occur. This takes more time and tooling to find. We have tooling for this but since it is more difficult, there is no maximum. If we can't give you an opinion or direction, and significant time has been spent checking the vehicle, then we only ask for the initial hour fee. Don't struggle alone, seek a car doctor's help.

If the computer isn't happy, nobody is. When a code isn't a part number, Dr. Google failed, and you need another set of eyes on the problem, seek a car doctor's help.

If everything has lead you to believe that the module was at fault and you need someone to program it, seek a car doctor's help.

Note: Programming a used module can have higher cost or not program at all. We are not responsible for the incurred cost of non-OEM modules not being programmed correctly or being unprogrammable.

Since some of the modules have become unobtainable, we have gained the ability to clone existing modules into used modules, or possibly repair the old module for select applications. If you are stuck, seek a car doctor's help.

• Most PCM, BCM/SJB, IPC and PATS modules require 2 factory keys when programming modules. 
• BCM/SJBs may require 2 keys and 4 functioning TPMS sensors.
•  Some immobilizer modules require current driver's license, and insurance or registration of vehicle's owner. 
• Add $50 if a PIN code is needed. WCM, Win & SKIM may require new keys as the old keys will not program to the new unit. 
• Some programming events require multiple modules to be programmed. Add $50/module or $150/hour whichever is cheaper
